How does Bits4bikes work?
Bits4bikes gives you the ability to access the most comprehensive range of motorcycle parts in New Zealand, but place the order through your local motorcycle dealer. Bits4bikes has been designed to search for parts for your bike, no more guessing if a part will fit.
When will I receive my parts?
Normally within a few working days, but this can vary depending stock availability and the size of the part ordered. If an item is out of stock feel free to contact Bits4bikes and we will let you know how long it will take to get the item in stock.
What is a dealer?
Dealers on Bits4bikes are the retailer who you already know and trust. Parts are shipped from Bits4bikes straight to the dealer who will then forward the part on to you, or hold in their store for collection. You are dealing with motorcycle shops that you already know and trust.
Who are the dealers?
The dealers are selected from Bits4bikes database of dealers. They are trusted representatives and stockists of our products.
What does the 100% guarantee mean?
If you order a part for your bike and it doesn’t fit we refund your money.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
While this doesn’t happen very often, it can happen. Give the dealer a call who sent you the part and we will get things sorted straight away.
I don’t live in New Zealand, can I still buy through Bits4Bikes?
Yes you can still purchase most products through Bits4Bikes (ATV tyres, Flammables, Fire extinguishers, Compressed gases are the only products limited to New Zealand buyers). Add items to your shopping cart and on the shopping cart page click ‘International Shoppers’, enter your details and then click ‘Get Quote’. Once we have received your quote request, we will then contact you with the shipping costs and your payment information if you choose to go ahead. Click here for more information.
